STRATEGIC PLANNING
SSAF will support aspiring farm entrepreneurs with peer learning and business mentors to help develop and succeed in their farm business.
Many have not gone through a formal business planning process that can help them to identify the strength and weakness of their business plan and improve their ability to gain credit or investors.
INTERNATION TRADE
There are positive developments taking place at the intersection of trade, agriculture, and food security, but trade needs to be further integrated and better used as a tool for market development and productivity enhancement. In order to open markets effectively and to the benefit of all, SSAF is creating innovations that will enhance productivity through International trade. Parts of these innovations are e-commerce, access to market through technological input, etc
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Experienced farm managers will be available to provide valuable on-farm trainings and mentoring to beginning farmers and aspiring farmers. Seminars and workshops will be organized quarterly to update farmers on new technologies and specifications on farm equipment and machinery. Seminars and workshop will be organised for aspiring farm entrepreneurs who intend to go into the business of snail farming, Piggery, Poultry, fish farming and greenhouse.
